[PT] Erasmus+60 é um projeto inovador centrado num determinado grupo etário que não tem sido suficientemente considerado no desenvolvimento de atividades das Institutições de Ensino Superior e nos Programa-Quadro como o Erasmus+: os cidadãos europeus com 60 ou mais anos. Com a esperança média de vida a crescer, e considerando que um em cada três cidadãos deverá ter mais de 65 anos em 2060, a necessidade de criar oportunidades de estudo e treino cresce igualmente.
Este curso visa capacitar e motivar os adultos mais velhos a serem fisicamente ativos. É um curso prático gratuito e aberto, com 10 sessões/aulas de 8 minutos. Cada sessão ensina exercícios que visam a aptidão física e a funcionalidade.

With life expectancy increasingly growing and given the fact that one citizen in three is expected to be over 65 by 2060, the need for studying and training opportunities grows correspondingly.
This course aims to empower older adults to be physically active. Is a free and open practical course with 10 sessions/lessons of 8 minutes. Each session teaches exercises that target global older adults’ physical fitness and functionality.
