Saludos cordiales. El sistema de Panama utiliza los créditos de corte americano, y con respecto a tu pregunta te comparto la siguiente tabla equivalente, la cual es de corte internacional.
In Panamá, during many years ago and now, we use the American credit system in official universities and private universities in Panama. This credit system is based in 100 % contact hour (classroom in live or virtual system). I share this information of one of internal report of Degree evaluation department. For the reason and other aspects, only like one example, we use the following international equivalence:

For reference 2 UK credits = 1 ECTS credit.[2][3]
[1] So the factor between American and European credits is usually 2, i.e. 1 U.S. credit point equals 2 ECTS credit points.
[1] Usually, the conversion rate from ECTS to American credits is 2:1, meaning 60 ECTS would convert into 30 American credits.
