At the Faculty of Psychology we take the total number or hours ECTS (without making any distinction between contact hours or any other items included in workload).
As a result, students get credits for Non-curricular subjects, that is, subjects that must be taken before graduation, but are not part of the core formal curriculum of the Programme, and also credits for subjects that are part of the core formal curriculum. In this case, we still go one to one and decision still lies in the hands of a group of experienced professors.
However, at the moment, we have a brand new Academic Recognition internal instrument (Regulation) that sets the principles for academic recognition of academic performance abroad and opens the possibility for recognition of international practices and other academic activities. We hope that it would lead to introducing new changes soon.
